50+ Programs
CECC 50+ PROGRAM MEMBERS CAN For an annual membership fee of $25 ($30.00 for a couple), you receive newsletters quarterly and 50+ program calendars every two months by mail or email. Our 50+ program offers a variety of activities for just $2.00 or free of charge. Outings, Cards & Games, Current Events, Cine-Club (Film in the Afternoon), Coffee Cafe, and Lunch and Learns are free programs, unless otherwise noted. Our Monthly Birthday Celebration & Current Events is just $2.00. Recently-released movies cost just $2.00 for refreshments. Non-members pay $10.00 extra to register in programs such as luncheons, bus trips, Yoga, Tai Chi, Osteoporosis Prevention Exercise, 50+Belly Dancing, and Conversational French. There is special drop-in pricing for the 50+ Toning and Stretching Program and the Chair Exercises Program. You really save when you become a member of CECC and you help support us, and our programs. Non-members are always welcome to join us for 50+ programs and events. Registration for the November/December 50+ programs is Monday, October 20. Registration closes on dates specified or when fully booked. We accept VISA and MasterCard payments over the telephone when you call to register. You can also register and pay in person during hours of operation, or mail in a cheque. Payment is due one week after you have registered, or at least one week before the event. All programs are smoke-free. Our facilities are fully wheel-chair accessible. Credit notes or refunds are no longer available if you cancel your bus trip reservation or any pre-paid ticketed event. If you do cancel, please find someone to take your place.
