BELLY DANCING
These classes will introduce you to, or continue your instruction in, Egyptian Belly Dance. Increase muscle strength and flexibility, improve posture and enhance body awareness with the ancient yet modern art. Bring a scarf to tie around your hips and wear exercise clothes. We will dance barefoot or in ballet shoes. Bring a mat or towel for stretches. Classes are limited to 12 participants. Date:
Mondays, January 19 - March 23 (10 classes) Belly Dancing is taught by Fayrouza (Jackie Coulter), who studies with one of the foremost performers and teachers of Egyptian Belly Dance in Toronto, Badia Star. Jackie Coulter (Coulter Clinic) is a registered massage therapist and has lived and practised in North Toronto for over 20 years.
