OSTEOPOROSIS PREVENTION Our
Osteoporosis prevention exercise program is led by Yvonne Kertesz, who has
many years professional experience leading exercise programs specifically for
older adults. Classes are composed of a variety of gentle resistance/strength
training and postural exercise using small weights or exercise bands.
Yvonne will expertly guide you through the four components of the class:
warm-up, walking or dancercise, strength and endurance, and cool-down and
stretching. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
