 YOGA & PILATES CLASSES

 

Please come into the Centre to register, or phone 416-392-0511, ext. 0 to register by phone. 

Please note: Classes require a minimum number of participants in order to run.   There are NO REFUNDS for withdrawals from Yoga & Pilates classes.  If you are unsure of the program’s suitability, you are welcome to visit the first scheduled class for the nominal fee of $5.00 (subject to space availability). 

If you decide to register for the program after the first class, you would then pay the full program fee, less $5.00.  After the first scheduled class, for Yoga & Pilates classes only, students may drop in to any class for $10.00 per class, subject to space availability.   If you miss a class that you have registered and paid for and need to do a make-up, you may do so, subject to space availability and in the same session only.

Please note: These classes are not designed for pregnant women. 


 

 

YOGA/PILATES - NEW - Stretch and Strength
Tuesday Lunch-Time
Instructor: Terri-Louise

One week: Yoga stretches which promote physical and mental health.  The next week:  Pilates to build your core strength.

 Date: Tues., January 6 - March 24 (12 classes)
Time: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.  (1 hour)
Cost: $96.00 CECC members, $106.00 non-members

 

PILATES Wednesday After Work
Instructor: Lavina

Pilates is a great workout for your abdominal muscles and will also strengthen your back.  Build strength in your arms, legs and neck. 

 Date: Wed., January 7 - March 25 (12 classes)
Time: 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
(1 hour)
Cost: $96.00 CECC members, $106.00 non-members 

 

YOGA Wednesday Evening
Instructor: Toni

Build your energy and stretch your body and mind.  An excellent way to energize for the rest of your week!

Date: Wed., January 7 - March 25 (12 classes)
Time: 7:15 – 8:30 p.m. (1¼ hours)
Cost: $108.00 CECC members, $118.00 non-members

 

 

YOGA & PILATES Saturday Morning
Instructor: Lavina

In this great stretch and work-out class, which combines Yoga and Pilates, lengthen your muscles and tone your body. 

 Date: Saturdays, January 10 - March 28 (12 classes)
Time: 10:15 – 11:30 a.m.
(1-1/4 hours)
Cost: $108.00 CECC members, $118.00 non-members
