The Blakes 7 Mailing List

Why not join the Blake's 7 mailing list run from Lysator? It's one of the main meeting places for fans and has a lot of fun discussions and valuable information. Read the FAQ for more info.

There are a number of ways to subscribe :

For normal access, send an e-mail to Blakes7-request@lysator.liu.se with the word SUBSCRIBE on a line by itself in the message body. If you join this way, every person's e-mail message will automatically forwarded on to you, so you can reply whenever you wish.

Alternately, you can subscribe to the digest list. This is where all the e-mail messages are collected together at the end of the day and sent to you attached to a single message. Much tidier for your inbox. To join this list send an email to Blakes7-d-request@lysator.liu.se with the word SUBSCRIBE on a line by itself in the message body.

Once subscribed, you post your messages to blakes7@lysator.liu.se Nb. only list members can post to this address.

To unsubscribe from the list, send an email to Blakes7-request@lysator.liu.se or for the digest to Blakes7-d-request@lysator.liu.se with the word UNSUBSCRIBE on a line by itself in the body of the message. To switch from one form to the other, you will need to unsubscribe from one, then subscribe to the other. For the mail to be processed by the automatic server, its subject line must not start with "Re:". If it does, the server will just pass it on to the maintainer.

To access the back files and material on Lysator read the web pages at Lysator. or by FTP from ftp://ftp.lysator.liu.se/pub/blake7

There is an archive of messages at ftp://ftp.lysator.liu.se/pub/blake7/digests, holding everything from 11 September 1995 up until nearly now (it usually lags about a day behind getting copied to the FTP disk). ftp://ftp.lysator.liu.se/pub/blake7/archive holds nearly everything before September 1995, with a gap in August and September '95.

LogoLinks - www.logolinks.co.uk

An excellent link site run from and focusing on the UK. Hundreds of links with many subjects and a great navigation system make for a great web portal.

Toronto Dollar - www.torontodollar.net

I've recently become webmaster for the Toronto Dollar's website. The Toronto Dollar is a community currency project based around the St. Lawrence Market and Riverdale areas of Toronto. Over 120 shops and services now accept the Toronto Dollar, which you can buy at par with your Canadian Dollars. For every Toronto Dollar you then spend, 10 cents is donated to our special reserve fund, which is used to benefit local charities and organisations. We are always looking for new volunteers to help out, so if you're in the Toronto area and are looking to help the community, please check out the website.
