Hi Glen & Jenn, Of all the wedding websites I've visited in my
research to plan the perfect wedding, yours was truly a breath of fresh air!
I laughed so much! My fiance and I were planning on having our wedding at the
Guild Inn because it's close to the new home we purchased. We also talked about
honeymooning in San Fran!! No Kidding!! It's funny because I was starting to
change my mind about the Guild Inn when I ran into your website. Now I'm thinking
about sticking with it as the venue! Hopefully it fits in our budget and doesn't
break the bank. I can't wait to show him this site when he gets home! Your fantastic
sense of humor about everything reminds me a lot of my own relationship with
my future hubby! Congrats to both of you and thank you for the wonderful break
you've provided me through your website, in an otherwise boring day!!
Sharon (Surfed in - December 28, 2001)
I happened upon your wedding web while I was looking for information
on the Guild Inn. Our family is going to vacation in Toronto and we wanted to
stay in a less conventional setting. Your wedding looked absolutely beautiful
and you seemed to have chosen the perfect spot to exchange vows.
Congratulations on your marriage, and I hope it lasts forever.
Kimberly (Surfed in - May 15, 2001)
Congrats on getting married. My family used to watch Smith & Smith
too, and i too loved that song. Trying to find it, if i can, i'll be sure to
send you a copy. You don't happen to have the rest of the lyrics for it do you?
I was real young.
Thanks, Don Reiter (Surfed in - May 28, 2001)
Hi, I went to your site today and I really enjoyed it. Congrats
on your wedding. The pics are beautiful. As is the poetry...I love poetry.
Take care,

Hello, I've come across your website a few times thru webrings
& I think it's great! Being a '70s child myself I liked the bit about the old
TV themes. Have you seen www.tvthemesonline.com? If not you'll get a kick out
of it. The animated gif on your first page with the actual "glen" was too clever!
Also we got hitched the same day you did. .We've really had fun doing our site
too, it's at: www.knology.net/~ddenard
Anyway, have a good one,
Amy Augusta, Georgia, Wedding Webring Surfer
We wish you the best to your marriage. Have a wonderful day and be happy (don't
worry). We hope to see you and your wife in Stuttgart some day!!

Dear Jenny and Glen:
Congratulations on your wedding. It's wonderful to see the Jenn and the Glen together
forever at last. Have a wonderful honeymoon in San Francisco safe and sound in
the knowledge that I'll be taking good care of Tabitha Wiens-Farrelly or Farrelly-Wiens
or whatever.
Love,
Elizabeth Phalen (Jenn's friend from Glendon College)
Toronto
Dear Glen and Jennifer:
I enjoyed your wedsite immensely. What a highly creative and innovative idea!
Best wishes for your marriage today. May your wedded life be Lazy Lizard trivia
games, strawberry short cake and cuddly kitty cats.
Carole Phalen (Elizabeth's mother and friend of the family)

Dear Glen and Jennifer Esquire and Esquiress
Congratulations on your marriage. You'll have to tell me all about the occasion.
The Greek Theatre sounds very classic and classy. I will now have to come to Toronto
to meet your lovely wife.
Best wishes for a long and happy life together.

Congratulations! I wish you much happiness in your future together.
Congratulations also on putting together such an impressive and inspired wedsite.
As someone who has known Glen since the glory days of grade-nine math class (whose
breathmint-confiscating fiascoes shall go unmentioned here), I can see that he
has met his soulmate in Jenn.
The world awaits news of the legendary funky-sunglasses collection you two will
surely build together!

Enjoyed your website. We wish you happiness and good fortune. Send wedding pictures.

So Glen, you should have told me of your wish to get married in Transylvania.
I have "connections" there!!! -- just last week Cousin Vlad told me it was time
to get some "New Blood " in our family -- he can hardly wait to "meet you" --
he is sorry he missed you at the Wilno Hill --he was sleeping when you were there
-- he told me to bring you alone after midnight on October 31st before he returns
to Poland, our ancestral homeland (did you note that I never go out before dark
--just a small blood disorder) (bet Jenny didn't tell you about my side or the
family) -- and oh he says -- bring no silver bullets and no STAKES -- they make
him nervous

Hi Glen, I've been frantically busy for a few weeks now, but I wanted to let you
know that I have visited the Wedsite and it looks fabulous. I anticipate a very
bright future and a good drunken wedding to boot! You guys should try and get
your own show a la the Sonny and Cher Variety Hour. Do you have an agent? I'll
try to pull some strings.
See you soon!

Just finished your latest article and you can see it at the usual
location...
Spent a good amount of time going thru your wedsite. Great idea and very funny.
Nice one.
Best wishes for you and Jenn on the day and forever after from we three at BootsnAll
HQ.

Hello. Greetings from the home of the infamous chip wagon. I'd send some poutine
with this e-mail but the gravy would sog up the words.
Just wanted to let you know I just perused your cool creation and had a hoot!
What a neat idea. I also copied your cheesecake recipe. Sounds like it can spark
wondrous things happening. Where did you get the time to put all this together?
What a lot of work. Wow.
I guess we'll see you late Friday afternoon (22nd). Good luck with everything!
Let us know what we can do.

Congratulations and I hope your marriage is the "Happily Ever After" kind. I am
as proud of you as your mother is.

Hey -- I'm a busy woman. I have lots of work to do. But somehow I couldn't
resist your "wedsite"!! I laughed, I cried, I turned to my neighbour and said,
"isn't life wonderful..."
Congratulations you crazy kids. Both on the impending wedding and the well written
web site.
Lori Fournier (Glen's Humber College Web Writing instructor)
Toronto, Ontario
Thanks, I saw your website, I love
it except for the fact that as Best Man I feel I deserve a little more glorification
on the "cast" page, I mean my picture doesn't even link to my story and I feel
much overshadowed by my lessor, mere usher of a husband.
Stacy Ashworth (Best "Man")
London, England
Wow Congratulations. Finally, I'm not going to be the only one of all of my university
friends that is married!
I fondly remember my own wedding planning. I'm still paying for my wedding in
fact. All that organizing flowers, pictures, catering, decorations. I'm glad that's
something you only do once (well that's the idea).
Did you manage to pick up any discounted Arabella china [both of our "pattern"]
in the big Eaton's sell off? By the time I got there, a lonely butter dish was
all that was left.
The "Wedsite" is brilliant. GlenandJenn you guys are remembering the most important
part of getting married, HAVE FUN!! I wish I could be there, especially for the
variety show. It sounds like your wedding is going to be so much fun.
May "Archangel Sonny" bless you all....

You don't know us but we know alllll
about you, Glen! Danielle used to tell all sorts of tales out of school.
Congratulations on your wedding - as the parents of the bride at Danielle's wedding
we wish your respective parents the best of luck coping with the day! Have a long
and happy life together.

Hi Glen & Jenn, I looked through your
website. WOW! I am very impressed. I can tell it took a lot of work. Your Registry
is pretty cool, and it's all on your website!
Fiona Buttars (friend from Glen's highschool)
Toronto
Glen and Jenn I hope your marriage
is long and happy. I have been married for 7 years now. My advice is to make a
habit of going out on a date at least once every two weeks. As work and family
become more complex, the habit of dating will keep your relationship on track.
Good luck, and best wishes.

I saw your website and it looks pretty desperate!

Your Website is Way Awesome and really Too Cool. I have to show Howard how good
it is! You learned how to do that at school? How are wedding preparations? Sounds
like it will be much fun!
Howard and I finally had our wedding and are now enjoying THE MARRIED LIFE...
Howard has a website to post pictures -- it's not fancy like yours but I hope
he will get inspired! Our website is at http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/Jungle/2020.

Congratulations! I really liked your
web site...esp the picture of the two of you...good work!! Wish you all the Best

Congratulations on your wedding! I
hope that your day is truly special, although I am sorry that I will not be there
to witness it.... I wish you every happiness and every good wish for your marriage.

Hi Glen and Jenn, I have not had a
chance to send our congratulations on your engagement. Your mother forgot to tell
me. .
[NOTE: if it was such good news why did Mom forget to tell everybody???]

Jenn, Julian proposed to me during
a commercial break of Roseanne, when the show came back on he told me to be quiet
because he wanted to see how it ended, and he shows no remorse and I'm still bitter
6 years later, so you're pretty lucky.
Stacy Ashworth (friend from York University, McLaughlin residence )

Forbearance of the Apocalypse...Glen
gets engaged!!!
That's right folks - it's the end of civilization as we know it and it has nothing
to do with the millennium! I guess you've already asked the four horsemen of the
apocalypse to be in your wedding party so I will not be renting a tux... I hear
the pope has asked his greatest Theologians to pour over the book of revelations
for an interpretation of this event....
Alright Already... Congratulations, and you don't have to ask me...You two have
my blessing...just don't have any kids.
By the way... Jenn you'd be mad to take the name Farrelly and Glen...I'd have
you put down if you took the name Wiens.. .Hyphenated names are for puke sucking
PC'ers and I'd have you both killed violently if you went down that route... Instead...why
don't you do something truly original and both legally change your surnames to
Ashworth...cool huh?

Dear Glen, Your Wedsite is very fun,
and exciting. I can imagine the work that went into all the pages and links. Your
sense of humor is the best. Good luck in the wedding, (I know you will like the
Guild Inn, as my husband and I had our wedding rehearsal party there!!)
Deborah Barley (Humber College instructor)
Nobleton, Ontario
My, my, my you're finally making it
legal! How respectable.
Well congrats you two. Wow.
Ken McRory (friend of Jenn's from York University, friend of Glen's from
highschool)
Toronto
Glen, I am soooo impressed!! And extremely
happy for the two of you : ) What a great way to announce your engagement. I think
it is exactly what everyone would have expected. You're humorous and witty and
creative!! She's a lucky gal. See you in class!!
Mariska Kempers (classmate at Humber College)
Markham, Ontario
That's great news, Glen! I'm so happy
for you! You're doing things right - a long relationship, a long engagement. I've
seen too many on-the-way-to-30-and-panicking friends marry way too soon only to
find out they've made a huge mistake. You'll like being married. And you really
do get good stuff for presents, stuff you would never buy yourself.
My thoughts are with you these last days before the big event. vale!
Valerie Smith (friend from Glen's highschool)
Toronto
Hey Glen, I heard you are getting
married. What's going on - have you decided to give up bachelorhood? This must
be exciting for you. Mind you I always thought I would get married before you,
but I guess you beat me to it. Only Greg [He's 28 and still lives at home] and
I are left. God that is pathetic. Me in the same category as Greg that is.
Roni Dhaliwal (friend from York University, McLaughlin residence)
Toronto
I'm not as fast as you in finding the right person, but not too far away either.
I hope your marriage with Jenn will be one of the most happy moments in your
life.
Well what else can I say as very much Luck for you and Jenn. I hope you enjoyed
your wedding and the honeymoon. I think the day you get married is still one
of the most enjoyable day in your life, if not the happiest day. I'm looking
forward to that day of my own, even if I have no idea when it will be.
Heiko Faust (Glen's German exchange partner)
Cologne, Germany
I am pleased you are getting married
this Fall. I pray you both will have a very happy life, with more ups than downs.
I pray the good Lord will richly bless you in your life and in your future.
