San Francisco Honeymoon

We waited until the last minute to book our trip, so we ended up
going to San Francisco instead of Mexico.
We loved it, though we could've done without the damn 90 degree hills!

Our first view of San Francisco - our hotel room.
Who says you can't boldly mix patterns?

Around San Francisco

Stereotypical Chinatown

Coit Tower
(supposed to look like a firehose)

Gaily painted Victorian houses.

Alcatraz

We went on the Night Tour.
Cool and spooky
!

Alcatraz cell - metaphor for marriage?
No of course not!

The Set of Falcon Crest?

Well maybe, but it's our day trip to Sonoma Valley

We went with one thing in mind...

And we succeeded!

After all that food Jenn was still hungry and when she saw this nearby cactus, she asked me if it was edible. I replied sure it is, it's a "prickly pear".

They're not edible as Jenn painfully found out.

I guess all the wine impaired our judgment!

Another day trip, this time to
Monterey, Carmel and along the Pacific

The Best Site of All!!!
We were ecstatic!

The World's Largest Artichoke
in Castroville, CA.
