The first two come from the first night we met."It's Saturday Night I guess that makes it alright!"

While walking down Yonge Street we sang this song aloud. The lyrics reflected our desire to go a little wild. It wasn't Saturday night, but we were young on Yonge Street and we didn't care... This song perfectly sums up our joie de vivre attitude towards life.

The second song we heard towards the end of our first meeting. We went to a piano bar, Tom Jones, for drinks. Glen requested this song. The singer sang it in a very emotional, torch song manner. Much better than the original song by Marlene Dietrich.

The pianowoman sang it so well, and we love the song so much, that it is one of our songs despite the grotesquely inappropriate lyrics. For instance, I am the only man who cluster to Jenn like moths around the flame, and my wings have yet to burn!

The third official song came later in our relationship. Jenn and Glen share a love of TV theme songs of the 70's and 80's. We'd spend hours on the phone singing TV themes songs to another. This one in particular is our favourite. It's uplifting and inspirational to us all.

We like to change the lyrics to:

We also love the theme song of "Smith and Smith" but there's no way in hell I can find that now. Oh well, it'll live forever in our memory..."Bad luck, heartache! Losing but too tired to fight. But if you take care of someone who loves you, then everything will turn out right..."

Since we obviously, love nostalgia television so much, be sure to vote on what TV characters we're most like.

Tabitha's song, by the way is "Amazing Grace" as sung by Jenny. No matter what Tabby is doing, whether it's sleeping in the bedroom, eating, or sleeping in the living room she'll stop what she's doing to run right up to Jenn and join in singing
