Here
you will find a few images taken by Gord Jeffroy or
myself in our wanderings through Algonquin Park.

A couple of candid photos of my friend Gord and myself doing what we like to do most. Notice how
well I keep that bridge from floating away! (far
right) I like to be prepared for everything. |

Here's a couple shots from Big Crow's fire tower. One image is the tower itself, and the second is a view from the hill. The MNR
has had to remove most of the ladder from the tower, apparently it was
too dangerous to continue to allow people to climb it. You'll have to
settle for clifftop views of the lake. |

Some of Algonquin's wildlife
|
The Red Squirrel, terror of the spruce! I remember being pelted with pine cones by one of these little buggers when I was portaging through his territory. They'll rob you blind if you let 'em, too. And this
is the obligatory moose picture. Everyone seems to take at least one of
these when they go into the park. I think this one was taken on the Big
Crow River. |

The Little Things

The Throne! The most comfortable seat in the house. Tiny mushrooms... The things you see if you stop and look. |
