Pandemonium/pandi'monium/n.
uproar, utter confusion; scene of this;

city and proud seat of Lucifer;
the place of demons.

The inner monologue. The silent conversations you have inside your head as you wander through the day. The doubts, the fears, the disappointments, the dreams gone astray. The constant struggle to measure up to someone else's expectations, and the disappointment of not meeting your own. The tiny problems that you box up and tuck into the corners of your mind that fester and grow, each taking upon a life of its own. These are our Personal Demons.

The human ego cries out "Look at me!" The voyeur within us all forces us to watch what others do. These pages hold tiny slices of who I am, infinitesimal shards of my being. Read them, enjoy them, or mock them as you will, but do not attempt to judge me without knowing who I am, for there is one thing I can do better than you or anyone else in existence, and that is to be me.

I have the distinction of being known as “Hellspawn”, but I'm really a semi-normal guy named Steve.

Sort of anticlimactic, isn't it?

In March of 1999, I graduated from Humber College with a Digital Graphic Design Certificate. For more information on that, follow my “Design” link.

In late July 1999, after a huge stroke of luck, I was offered a position with a small, yet amazing and award winning book design firm known as Pronk&Associates, where I began as a freelancer, and now they refer to me as a “Production Artist.”

After several months of disuse, I finally managed to get around to fixing up my webpage a bit. I guess it also helps that I now own a spiffy new Pentium III 450 and various other toys to make my life less difficult! I've also done my best to ensure that this webpage is viewable in almost any browser, including text-based Lynx, because the Internet is supposed to be about the free exchange of ideas and information and not “he who has the newest and best toys wins.”

I do not have a Guestbook, so if you wish to rant, rave, belittle, or comment otherwise on my pages, feel free to contact me.

This page continues to change as my moods and interests change, so expect anything.
