Chocolate Orange Supreme Cheesecake

1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsps Parkay Margarine melted

4 8-ounce pkgs. Philly cream cheese softened
3/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted
2 tbsps orange flavored liqueur
1/2 tsp grated orange pee

Combine crumbs, cinnamon and margarine;
press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine cream cheese and sugar,
mixing at medium speed on electric
mixer until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well
after each addition. Blend in sour cream
and vanilla.
Blend chocolate into 3 cups batter;
blend liqueur and peel into remaining batter.
Pour chocolate batter over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
Spoon remaining batter over chocolate batter,
continue baking 30 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan;
cool before removing rim of pan. Chill

10 to 12 servings
