A note from the preacher:
Many times and in many ways, these sermons are inspired, researched or resourced
in other places. My favourites are the Cox's Minister's Manual (Harper&
Row), which I buy every year, and the 12 volume Interpreter's Bible (Abingdon
Press). Occasionally there will be stuff quoted, sermons developed, and even occasionally,
lifted entirely from those or other pages. I will try to quote the direct lifts,
in the sermons, but
sometimes, if they are not quoted properly, please understand
that they are a deep source of inspiration, and I have a deep gratitude for the developers
and writers of those sources... I always use them with gratitude and confidence.
