Hobbies and Interests:

Taking care of the Pastry Chefs Guild of Ontario Inc.'s business takes most of my time but I still have time for some photography, art collecting and dining out with my family.
Some time ago I wrote "The Pastry Chefs's Recipes", a collection of Professional Recipes (16 booklets) of which I will eventually have samples ready for the Internet.
In the Winter I like to go Alpine skiing with my friends at Devil's Elbow near Peterborough (Ontario).
Playing chess is my number one hobby—I play regularly on the Internet Chess Club (ICC). My handle is: aspringer.
