Modem Not Support (@fax)

Says unsupported when you go to Menu, General Setup under Status. Ensure that the modem is installed correctly and is installed between Com 1 to Com 4. To verify if the modem is installed correctly go to the modems icon in Control panel. Click on Diagnostics and highlight the com port which the modem is on. Click on More info and see if it responds alright. Also go to the system icon in control panel. Click on Device manager and see if there are any yellow exclamation marks. If so then something is not installed correctly on your computer.
