drivers to C:\MODEM - First go to Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs – Remove the Rockwell or Conexant listing and Re-boot - Re-boot and it should ask for drivers for the PCI SERIAL CONTROLLER or PCI COMMUNICATION DEVICE or PCI CARD - Click NEXT - Click DISPLAY A LIST - Click MODEM - Click NEXT - Click HAVE DISK - Click Browse and BROWSE to C:\MODEM - Click NEXT a few times and the modem should be installed. |
