METCALFE AND DISTRICT HOCKEY ASSOCIATION

1.1 MDHA commitment to the Jason McDonald Trust Fund

50% of all profit from all sanctioned Tournaments and Initiation Fun Days in the Metcalfe and District Hockey Association (MDHA) will be donated to the Jason McDonald Trust Fund and 50% to the team(s) coordinating the Tournament/Fun Days, until the end of the season 2001/2002. All income includes sponsorship, team registration fees, sale of programs, raffles, sale of food, chuck-a-puck and any other ways, means or events of raising money for the Tournaments/Fun Days. This split is to be made after all Tournament/Fun Day expenses are paid by the MDHA, such as sanction fees, ice costs, refs, trophies, juice and any other expenses involved in putting on the Tournaments/Fun Days.

All funds raised will be turned over to the MDHA Treasurer who will be responsible to pay all expenses, and who will then reimburse the respective teams their appropriate funds, and make the 50% deposit to the Jason McDonald Trust Fund.
