Whoa!

This morning I just couldn't get up because... I was sooo tired. And the reason why I was so tired was because I had a dream that was intense... and I usually don't dream much so it was strange having one at all.

Wow! A friend is coming to visit (instead of leaving! ;)

I've been depressed somewhat because many friends of mine left Canada in the last few months. Not to mention everybody is busy (including me), so I haven't seen too many friends lately... and have been lost in touch with a lot of my friends because of that... but for a change, a friend is coming into town friday! :) This is nice especially because I haven't seen him in... 2 years... Of course, he's only coming into Toronto for a day so I could only see him for like, an hour if at best, but it's still nice nonetheless. :)

There's more to look forward to this weekend, especially because... it's a long weekend! Last long weekend before christmas *sigh* but hey, it's a long weekend...might as well enjoy it, right? ;) It's wednesday and I already can't wait for the long weekend to come... hehehe... I hope it'll rest me a little... because it's been sooo stressing at work lately.

Yaaay! :)

A nice thing happened yesterday... I've head from a person I haven't heard in a while... :) I never get phone calls (and especially at work) so it was a really big surprise... :) I'm hoping that I get to see her soon, since she says that she is working downtown now. :D
Oh, also... something else that happened... (but this is from the weekend... ;) my sister got a cell phone! :) Slowly, everybody around me is getting a cell phone... She got the old model of Nokia... but it has sooo many fun games compared to mine... *sigh* I want one of those concentration games...they are so much fun... ;) All *I* get to have is the crab game...though that's fun, too. ;) If only now my sweetie gets a phone... ;)

Woah!

Today is 00/10/01.. what a sstrange combination of numbers... it's like 0's and 1's on a computer... hehehe...
I cannot believe it is october already! Time is passing by so fast lately... I just feel like I need to stop and think sometimes... where is all my time going?! Come baack! Coooomeeee baaaaack!!!!

BBQ reception

Today was the day of the reception of the wedding on wednesday. It was kinda neat because it was such an informal reception, with t-shirt and jeans... it was more like a gettogether bbq than a reception... But I thought it was nice to have a little gap between the reception and the wedding, because... they had some of their pictures developed already from the wedding! I got to see them... and I bet I wouldn't have if it was all on the same day. ;)
It was such a nice day compared to the cold days we have been having for the last week. It was almost hot! The park itself was crazy because there was other things going on other than the reception (a lot of catholic schools were together to do a running race...) but it was good that the day turned out so great. The food was good and it was fun to play in the sun... :D

A very original wedding.

I attended my sweetie's friend's wedding tonight. It was strange that they had the wedding on a weekday, but it made so much sense when I finally got to see the invitation card where it stated 'it is the eve of our 9th anniversary... ' ;) Wow... I can't believe that they weren't married, after being together for 9 years... (and I think they were engaged for the latter 3 years... ;) Since it was held on a weekday, it was at night... at a park, overlooking the lake. Yup, it was an outside wedding... with candles and all. Too bad it was really windy and it kept on blowing out the candle! It was a very small wedding, maybe 50+ people attending... and not as formal. The groom was in a suit & tie (though there was a long story behind the tie!) and the bride was in... a kimono! A traditional Japanese wear... it was really neat. :) She had origami (japanese paper folding) flowers in her hair, and all her bouquets were origami flowers, too! It was a little chilly, but the wedding was great. :) They were married by a minister that everybody thought was KFC's Colonel Sanders... ;)
The cake that they had after the wedding was also decorated with origami flowers, and hello kitty. The bride didn't end up throwing the bouquet, but I wouldn't, either, if it was such a nice bouquet of fragile origami flowers... ;) All in all, it was a very original wedding. I am glad I had the opportunity to go... :)

Tired tired tired...

I've been so tired lately... it's nuts, really. I can't seem to be up with everybody, and do things... I was suppose to go to a party in Waterloo, but I opted out from it. I just couldn't deal with meeting new people and strike up conversations. I don't know what is wrong with me lately. I guess I just can't get into the mood... not to mention, all the new people at Waterloo is now younger than my sister...
We ended up going shopping for a present for the wedding on wednesday, and later ended up playing at my bf's place, with puzzle bubble 4 and unjammar rammy (playstation games). It was fun, but I guess I never got into it really.. things have been on my mind a lot lately, and I can't seem to enjoy myself fully... what should I do???

Haaapy birthday! (^^;

Happy birthday P-chan! :) This diary is sooo late in updating, now I'm doing batch updates... but the 24th was P-chan's birthday, so we decided to meet on the 23rd, at the Pacific mall. He was looking for a phone... and I just wanted an excuse to see him to give him his present and give him the 1500 hit gift... :) I hope he was happy with his gifts.. (^^)
Too bad he couldn't get a phone that day... but it was fun walking around pacific mall and looking at all the cute and neat things... There is so many interesting stuff there... lots of fake stuff, though, so beware! ;) I didn't end up buying anything that day, though... everything there is sooo expensive, too... but I gotta get there sometimes to buy myself a planner...hmm... what shall I get???

Another friday...

Well... I guess the week went flying past because I can't remember how I arrived onto friday. It's been so busy lately, not to mention I've been feeling not too great lately. Spinning spinning again... *sigh* I think I haven't been paying too much attention to the world around me... I feel like I am just sitting here and people are just going past me... such a strange feeling. I need to get a hold of myself again... hmm... maybe a vacation?
One good thing to note... my good friend got a phone! Finally! Woohoo! I can contact her! :) :) :)

Byebye-!

Went out for dinner with my friend and my sweetie today, since my friend is leaving for good to Japan on tuesday. It was pretty nice, catching up with stuff and eating at Eastside's... :) We had a really strange waiter, too... he was pretty entertaining. :D
...but... *sigh* everybody is leaving... this is nooo fun... It's really depressing... it just feels like everybody is leaving me for their 'new and exciting life' without me... :( It's strange, it just seems like I've been losing a friend every month to this country called Japan... ;) I know, they're all still my friends and all, but not like I can go meet them for coffee... :( I need new friends... Anyone wanna be my friend??? ;) ;) ;)

Weekend? What weekend???

Busy busy busy... *sigh* Sooo much work... :( My weekend ended up not doing anything... *sigh* My highpoint of my weekend... I think... having dinner at Kelsey's (sp?) on friday night... and watching the Olympics... that's about it... ;) Pointing at the tv and ask 'who's that?' to my sweetie... and every time I do that he's about to whack me on my head... ;) ...butbutbut... Malar looks different every time she's on tv!!!! ;)

Who wants to be a millionaire Cdn version!

Wednesday and thursday this week, they had the gameshow "Who wants to be a millionaire" Canadian edition. What's my first impression on Pamela Wallin? ...red and smiley. ;) She only smiled... I don't think she had any other expression... she was a lot more laid back than Regis ever is, and so I guess the first impression was that it was not as exciting. But, I guess all in all it had a different feeling.
but what is with her and the loooooooooong pause between the 'final answer' and the actual answer??? Oh, she can be sooo annoying... and everything seems soo much more slower pace than the american version... not to mention, I think they mentioned 'Canadian edition' waaay too many times... ;)

Thanks P-chan for hitting 1500 on my site! I am sooo excited... I hope to give you *something* for it! :) Hehehe.... biiiig secret... it's nothing special... but I think you might like it... of course, you wouldn't know what to do with it... ahaha... too much hints... ;)
