
The Car is a 1996 Ford Mustang Convertible with a V6 4.3 litre stroker motor.

I've owned this car since 1997. It was a late 1996 model year that I bought as a demonstrator. I always wanted a convertible :)
As the years went on , I tried to do all the usual bolt ons, but honestly, they really don't add up to a lot of additional power. I wanted to build something a little more powerful.
In 2004 the car underwent major surgery to rebuild the motor with forged internals, new heads/intakes/cam and a Vortech V-1 supercharger. This ain't your granny's V6 grocery getter no more!
In 2007, the motor was rebuilt with a much bigger cam (222/226) and a Snow Water/Methanol injection kit added.
In 2008, I swapped out the Vortech V1 - S trim for a shiny new Vortech V1 - T trim blower and some 60 lb injectors. I had the car re-tuned to break in the newly rebuilt motor and hope to have it dyno tuned again once I have put a few miles on the motor.
Mod's to date (Oct 2008) :
Once I have it re-tuned, my final goal is to get as close to or over 400 hp (at the wheels) as possible.
In November 2005 and we dyno'd the car with the SSX intake and made 364 RWHP and 376 RWTQ
