"Clumping" - A New Way to Beat the Game?

I have run into a group of gentlemen in a forum on http://winningways.com that proclaim to have discovered a pattern in 6 and 8 deck games. This pattern is produced by the practice of picking up busted hands before the rest of the cards, and different shuffling techniques. What clumping does is place large denomination cards together and small denomination cards together in "clumps" or groups. How this fact can be exploited is not clearly described in the forum, but the grouping of cards in any way is something to be followed. Whether shuffle tracking or keeping a count of what has been dealt, Blackjack players know what to expect by what they have seen played from these decks as they approach the shuffle point.

CNE Casino Loses $45,000

I'd like to say it was my fault the casino lost money due to card counters swarming the tables, but that would be a lie. It comes as no surprise this temporary operation lost money. The CNE management has little to no experience dealing with gambling operations. Where this money went no one will probably find out, but with a little imagination, and some experience with the people that ran the roving charity casinos up until March this year, it wouldn't be too hard to sort out. Proof is another thing. The security at these events focuses on the players side of the table, and experienced casino personnell know that more rip offs happen from on the inside than any other type of cheat.

Casino Rama set for $120 Million Addition

Taking a hint from Casino Niagara and the Las Vegas casinos, Casino Rama will be adding a hotel to it's existing 100,000 square foot casino. The existing casino will be enlarged, and a showroom for big name acts is part of the expansion. More bars, restaurants, and shops are proposed. This may mean more in the way of complimentaries for players as the casino works to keep the rooms filled with gambling patrons. Now it is the small hotels and motels around Niagara and Rama that include shuttles to these casinos to attract business, but once the hotels are built in these two places the prices of rooms outside the casino should drop, and the rated Blackjack player may begin to be treated much better than they are now.

Casino Credit

The entire world seems to run on credit, and I am the first person to caution against it's expensive use. That is until we are talking casino credit! Your first order of business when you arrive at a new casino should be to establish credit. Be prepaired to reveal your bank account numbers, outstanding debts, and assets. You may also need a blank cheque for access to your account. All of this may frieghten you, and many people want to remain anonymous. Casino credit is your way to being on the VIP list. Charge your expenses while visiting, and draw markers against your credit when you play. You're a Winning Player and can expect to make money with your counting skills. As your bank grows, so will the size of your maximum bets, and this will rate you as a Big Player, someone the casino wants to see back again and again. Don't use it to spend more than you normally would, but use it so you can show you can be trusted with it. You often have 30 days to pay up, and can get interest on this money during that time. When you pay the casino back, send them a nice thank-you card, and ask for a slightly higher credit limit for your next return trip.

Often after only one trip to a Las Vegas casino where you have been given credit for only a few thousand dollars you will begin recieving offers for free rooms and meals which will allow you to fly air only, saving you hundreds of dollars per trip, possibly thousands a year. It becomes very easy to entertain since these comps are room and food for two. With credit and comps coming from a few casinos at once, and often in different locations as gaming becomes more wide spread, it won't be hard to entertain the special people in your life.
