What does it all mean?
This is a picture taken in Beijing, China in early January, 1998. The sign - approximately six feet long and three feet high - was located on a concrete sidewalk about 40 feet wide, six feet from the road and about ten feet from a metal bus shelter. What this sign means is a matter of pure speculation (unless you read Mandarin in which case you are not really eligible for this contest).
