Using forms to get information.
That is a typical form. If you enter the wrong information, you can press the Clear button and start again. When you are finished, you press the Send button (this form does not go anywhere).
The most common problems you will have with forms are:
not all answers are sent to you
some answers you needed are left blank
some of the answers make no sense
Rejecting answers that make no sense ... such as MYOB as an e-mail address .... require some fairly complex programming - far beyond the scope of the Help Desk. But the other two problems are easily solved.
