REVIEW
     The idea of a reunion album by occasional local instrumental jokers Slow Loris seems a tad absurd. And might get hopes up for more down the road, so perhaps it's best to look at this first recording in a couple of years as simply another in a string of irregular recordings.
     With three of Slow Loris' five members currently wreaking terror in the sprawling compositional crew GUH, the edgy jazz grooves on the Ten Commandments And Four Territories According To... sound appropriately tweaked. Brooding keyboards and phased trumpets roll in over languid guitar lines and rumbling percussion.
     Written and recorded in less than a week, the songs are loose and at times on the verge of collapse, but they benefit overall from the lack of belaboured revisions and forced detail. There are no plans for more of Slow Loris' 17-minute live shows, so interested parties should grab this while they can.
