Belly Dance Classes

What can learning to Belly Dance do for you?

It can increase your muscle strength and flexibility, as well as improve your posture and enhance body awareness.  These classes will introduce you to, or continue your instruction in, the ancient yet modern art of Egyptian Belly Dance.  Bring a scarf to tie around your hips and wear exercise clothes.  We will dance barefoot or in ballet shoes.
Classes are limited to 12 participants.

Belly Dancing is taught by Fayrouza (Jackie Coulter), who studies with one of the foremost performers and teachers of Egyptian Belly Dance in Toronto, Badia Star.  Jackie Coulter (Coulter Clinic), is a registered massage therapist and has lived and practised in North Toronto for over 20 years.
