Learn more about the world through documentary film

 

Come in on Fridays at 2:00 p.m., and explore the world through travel, science, history and biographical documentary film.  The September and October line-up is as follows:

 

DATE:  Friday, December 4 - Houdini's Death Defying Acts.
              Film starring Catherine Zeta-Jones based on the magician's life.

DATE:  Friday, December 18 - Doris and Bernard.  HBO Docu-film.
              Examines the life of the very wealthy socialite Doris Duke and her
              questionable relationship with her Irish butler, Bernard Lafferty starring
              Ray Fiennes and Susan Sarandon,

TIME:   All films will start at 2:00 p.m. and are FREE of charge. 
              Films are in English.
