A WALK IN THE PARK - SHERWOOD PARK

Don't forget to pack a lunch today!  We'll take a walk through Sherwood Park and find a spot to eat our picnic lunch.  Meet Blythe in the reception area of the Centre and we'll stroll to the park together, about a 15-20 minute walk from the Centre.  The walk will be cancelled in the event of very rainy or very hot weather conditions.

50+ HEALTH CARE FAIR -
NORTH YORK ACTIVE LIVING CENTRE

Check out the North York Active Living Centre's Health Care Fair.  There will be lots of good information available, speakers, contests, etc.  Meet Blythe beside Cinnabons in the Eglinton subway station at 11:30 a.m.

VISIT TO T & T ASIAN SUPERMARKET

Let's visit T&T Supermarket, 222 Cherry Street.  You will see lots of exotic veggies and fruits, tinned and packaged foods, seafood, meat & poultry.  T&T has a large prepared food counter too, so you can sample something on the spot (tables and chairs are available) or take something home with you.  Bring a sturdy shopping bag (plastic bags are available at the store).  Meet Blythe inside the Eglinton subway station beside Cinnabons at 11:00 a.m. and bring a transfer with you. 
Registration is limited to 10 participants.
