*OSTEO EXERCISE Help
prevent Osteoporosis with these exercise classes led by Yvonne Kertesz who has
many years experience working with older adults in fitness. Classes are
composed of a variety of gentle resistance/strength training and postural
exercises using small weights or stretch bands. Yvonne will expertly
guide you through the four components of the class: warm-up,
walking or dancercise, strength and endurance, and cool-down and stretching.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. *There is no pro-rating of this class fee. If you cannot attend the entire session, you can pay a $5.00 drop-in fee provided space is available on the day you wish to attend.
