OSTEOPOROSIS PREVENTION Our Osteoporosis prevention exercise program is led by Yvonne Kertesz, who has many years professional experience leading exercise programs specifically for older adults. Classes are composed of a variety of gentle resistance/strength training and postural exercise using small weights or exercise bands. Classes consist of four vital components: warm-up, walking or dancercise, strength and endurance, and cool-down and stretching. Sign up today and keep bone disease at bay!
