HELP CECC RAISE FUNDS TO

PURCHASE A DEFIBRILLATOR

Last year, we earmarked funds from Toronto Challenge 2007 to purchase a defibrillator for CECC.  We need your help this year to put us over the top!

In 2006, participants in the Toronto Challenge successfully raised enough funds to launch the Osteoporosis Prevention Program at CECC (which is still going strong).  In 2005, CECC was able to purchase Hearing Enhancement Equipment for the 50+ Program from the funds raised.

 Let’s keep the successes going!

CECC has sent a team to the Toronto Challenge Sunday morning 5K walk (or run) for over a decade.  It’s a fun, family event with both exercise and entertainment.  CECC will take care of the registration for you.  We’ll even pick up your race kit for you before race day!  All you have to do is collect some pledges – which will go to support CECC’s purchase of a defibrillator – and show up on race day, Sunday, June 8, down at Metro Hall.  After you’ve walked (or ran) 5K – the walk takes less than an hour - you’ll receive a prize, lots of yummy goodies, plus the knowledge that you have supported a vital addition to CECC programs.
