Please come into the Centre to register,
or phone 416-392-0511, ext. 0 to register by phone.
Please note: Classes require a
minimum number of participants in order to run. There are NO REFUNDS for
withdrawals from Yoga & Pilates classes. If you are
unsure of the program’s suitability, you are welcome to visit the first
scheduled class for the nominal fee of $5.00 (subject to space
availability).
If you decide to register for the program
after the first class, you would then pay the full program fee,
less $5.00. After the first scheduled class, for Yoga & Pilates
classes only, students may drop in to any class for $10.00 per class, subject
to space availability. If you miss a class that you have registered and paid
for and need to do a make-up, you may do so, subject to space availability
and in the same session only.
Please note: These classes are not
designed for pregnant women.
YOGA
