The primary advantages of this type of service is that the client is generally more aware of the financial status of his/her company and is better equipped to take advantage of opportunities or correct negative situations. Very little accounting and/or computer knowledge is required by the client thus allowing the client more time to do what he does best. We are also more aware of what the client is doing and can thus offer more timely advise as applicable.

This type of service is normally requested by larger clients who have their own accounting staff and require Controllership functions and/or have special projects requiring specialized skills. This type of service may be billed on either an hourly or contract basis, depending on requirements.

Summarized Accounting Services
A number of our clients prefer to do their own accounting, using their own accounting software. These clients will bring us their data and ask us to prepare any required adjusting entries, prepare financial statements and file the necessary tax returns.
The primary advantage to this type of service is that as long as the client maintains his books properly and consistently, he/she will be aware of their financial situation on a daily basis and the external costs will be minimal. This type of service can be billed on either an hourly or a contract basis.

Full Service Accounting
This type of accounting is designed for the client who wants as little as possible to do with accounting and the preparation of required reports and returns. This is our most expensive and least cost effective service level as it requires us to use non standard procedures, sort and compile information given to us by clients and prepare reports and returns based on information which may not be fully documented. We would only recommend this service for clients who have a minimal amount of paperwork. Billing is almost always done on an hourly basis.
