This is a program that will tell you the % chance you will succeed in prefroming a enchant or permanency. Personally I don't believe these figures are true. I believe that if you do certain 'tricks' your chances go up. As you know, or at least should, a magician never tells of his tricks, or at least not all of his tricks. It will tell of some tricks after the Enchant Calculator has completed running.
