Ranks and Duties in the FoF

The Royal Council

Queen Aaja and King DReaper

· To oversee all aspects of the guild
· To lead all guild meetings
· To lead guild ceremonies
· To lead the Royal Council in executive decisions
· In the event it is necessary the King and Queen have the deciding vote in guild matters
· To choose the members of the Knights of  Fire and to train them for official duty

Prince

· To be active within the militia, training Cadets and as Commander of KoF
· To be the official advisor to the wizard branch of the guild
· To offer support and guidance to new members in the wizard class
· To be the official enchanter of the guild
· To promote the guild around the Realm
· To seek out new recruits
· To assist the Guild Ambassador
· To look after and maintain the inventory in the guild house

Princess

Astar

· To work directly with the Duchess overseeing guild relations, i.e. Newsletters, Minutes updates etc.
· To be responsible for the guild treasury
· To give out monetary incentives for recruiting
· To record all monetary transactions
· Make available to all members the account balance on a monthly basis

 

Royal Guardian

· To oversee the both the service and militia branches
· To implement the screening process for new members being admitted to the Militia
· To train and evaluate the avengers for official duty
· To present successful candidates to the Royal Council for final approval
· Maintains list of enemies of the guild

 

Royal Avenger

· To oversee the both the avengers in the militia
· To implement the screening process for new members being admitted to the Militia
· To train and evaluate the avengers for official duty
· To present successful candidates to the Royal Council for final approval
· To formulate plans for attack and co-ordinate the militia in battle
· To lead patrols and watches
· Maintains list of enemies of the guild

 

Duchess

· To implement the screening process for new members being admitted as 'Helpers'
· To evaluate and offer guidance for members in the rank of 'helper'
· To offer support and guidance to new members
· To take minutes at meetings and write them up in html format for the web site

Duke

· To oversee the recruiting process
· To implement the screening process for new members being admitted as 'Helpers'
· To evaluate and offer guidance for members in the rank of 'helper'
· To offer support and guidance to new members
· To present members who have fulfilled the requirements as a peasant, to the Royal Council for the membership voting process
· To promote the guild around the Realm
· To seek out new recruits
· To work with all members regarding 'recruiting incentives'
· To dispense the incentive to the guild members who sponsor a successful guild applicant

 

Baron

· To be the official Ambassador of FoF
· To form and maintain alliances and treaties with other guilds on the Realm
· To keep the guild informed of guilds at war and any hostile actions against us
· To ensure each member is following the code and conduct as set forth in the guild rules.
· To oversee any judiciary aspects of the guild, including any disciplinary action taken against guild members
· To ensure each member is following the code and conduct as set forth in the guild rules.
· Bring forth any concerns presented by guild members regarding other guild members, to the Royal Council

 

Countess

· To maintain the guild members list with accurate e-mail and icq info
· To work directly with the Princess overseeing guild relations, i.e. Newsletters, Minutes, updates etc.
· To oversee the recruiting process

Royal Jester

· To publish a monthly newsletter via e-mail that keeps members up to date with guild activities

 

Branches of the Guild

 

The Service Branch

This Branch is overseen by the Duke and Duchess
This branch is the helping branch. Members in this branch need to be accepted .
 Once accepted their rank becomes Helper.

Helper


· A helper can be called upon to assist new guild members and to teach game rules.
· They are a member of the service branch that has fulfilled the requirements of admission into the branch
· A helper must continue to prove to be exemplary in order to remain in this position.
· The helper must prove that they are a suitable person to represent the guild.

 

The Militia

This branch is overseen by the Royal Guardian, Royal Avenger, King and Queen.
It is the branch that is assembled to avenge any injustice done to a guild member ie. Being jumped, etc.
Members of this branch need to be accepted by the above named. Once accepted their rank becomes Avenger.

 

The Knights of Fire

· The Knights of Fire is the elite pvp team
·· These team may be called upon at anytime to defend the guild and/or its members and must be willing to die for the cause.

Avenger

· Avengers must be able to appropriately defend themselves ie. High skill level - they must be at LEAST lvl 100 preferably 150
· They may be asked to participate in tournaments organized by the Royal Guardian and Royal Avenger in order to prove their worthiness.
· Cadets will be taught how to adjust their characters to have the best qualities for combat ie. enchants/armour selection/skills/rings/amulets/weapons etc
· These members may be called upon at anytime to defend the guild and/or its members.
· These members will often band together against enemies of the guild
· These members will train once a week with the Royal Guardian and Royal Avenger in order to fulfill the requirements of an Avenger

Cadets

· Cadets are members in training to be an avenger
· Cadets may be any level to begin training
· They may be asked to participate in tournaments to prove their worthiness.
· These members will train once a week in order to fulfill the requirements of a Cadet

Guardians

· A guardian is a member who is able to fulfill the duties of both a helper and avenger
· This person has to have spent at least 4 weeks within either rank, and shown outstanding capabilities as well as the willingness and skill to complete the duties of the other rank.

 

Follower

· A follower is a person who has successfully completed the 2 weeks trial period as a peasant and fulfilled its requirements
· This person must be voted into this position by the membership of FoF
· This person is a full member of the guild and at this time may express interest in becoming involved in another aspect of the guild
· This person enjoys all the rights of a full member

 

Peasant

· A peasant is a person who has expressed interest in joining the guild and been sponsored by a full member
· They now begin a 2 week trial where they are observed by the rest of the guild
· They must be able to prove their loyalty and how the guild will benefit from their membership
· When the two week trial is completed - the peasant must be presented to the Royal Council by their sponsor and the recruiting officer for consideration of gaining the rank of Follower.
