Ethel S. Trounce

Ethel was an Assistant in Bromley, Kent in 1901.


William Trounce

On March 2, 1773, William Trounce was found guilty of "felloniouslyreceiving, concealing and offering for sale last week three cakes ofChocolate worth two shillings and six pence lawful money". Hispunishment was to receive three stripes (whip lashes) on the naked Body-that he pay double Damages and Costs to the store owner EleazarWheelock. This trial took place in the Justice Court of BezaleelWoodward in the town of Hanover, New Hampshire, U.S.A. He was also asoldier in Albany, NY in 1762, part of Capt. John Vischer's Company. Hewas listed as a miner on the roster roll- his height was given as 5"6".
