This trial took place in the Justice Court of BezaleelWoodward in the town of Hanover, New Hampshire, U.S.A. He was also asoldier in Albany, NY in 1762, part of Capt. John Vischer's Company. Hewas listed as a miner on the roster roll- his height was given as 5"6".
