Elizabeth Trounce

Elizabeth and her husband arrived in the USA aboard the SS Paraguay onJuly 24, 1869. She was accompanied by her mother Eleanor and her sistersEllen and Ann who was accompanied by her husband Richard and their threechildren.


Charles Trounce

Charles was a Paper Hanger in Chelsea in 1901.


John Trounce

John was a lead miner in Liskeard in 1851.


Henry Trounce

On June 13, 1831, Henry was apprehended for fathering a son out ofwedlock with Alice Hunkin and served filiation papers in September.Henry was listed on the 1841 Census for the parish of St. Hilary as aminer, where he was living on Relubbus Lane. In 1851, they were onBowdens Row, Liskeard and he was a lead miner. Henry and Alice and familyemigrated to Australia (on the ship Gloucester) from Plymouth in the1850's. He died in St. Hilary of consumption asthma, a miner's disease.


Thomas Trounce

Thomas was a lead miner in St. Hilary, Cornwall, England beforeemigrating to Australia.


William Trounce

William was listed on the US Census of Virginia City, Nevada in 1880 as aworker in a mine. He moved on from there to the mines of New SouthWales, Australia.
