John was an Engine Driver in themines of Illogan, in 1871. In the 1881 Census, he was listed as aRailway Labourer. In 1891, he was a Railway Labourer living on LowerHighway, Illogan.
William was an apprentice shoemaker in Phillack, Cornwall in 1851, livingwith shoemaker Frederick Nicholas.
