Vicar of Veryan, 1783-1829. The Trist family owned considerable propertyin the parish, approximately 600 acres. Jeremiah was responsible forbuilding not only the five round houses and his fine house at Parc Behan,but also the first boys and girls school in Veryan (1814 and 1821).
