Paul (JP)Sunga - Production
and Quality from a youthful perspective. This is one person whom I feel I can relate to when it comes to composing music, and being the kid in me. What's even impressive is that he has a really cool voice--something I wish I had when I was a developing musician. JP Sunga can write music--and I really mean that. Even at his youthful age, his songwriting talents are very intelligent, mature and refreshing. Experimentation is at the core of Jp's creative artistry. He'll use any instrument, technology or object in any way to produce sound for recording music. He is currently working with artists such as Jennifer Uy and Christina Perenia, producing and performing projects and exploring new ways for creative expression. He has also worked with groups such as Graceless, 604 (formerly Sweetness), One Night Stand, and many others. His website, JoeKoolRecords, is another extension of his outlet for creativiity and communication. It is a fan site for the World Wide community, bringing info on new talent closer to home. I must admit, it was a fun site and very informative. I found information on musicians whom I onced worked or talked to, such as Regan Regozo, Keith Javier and Alex Mozo. The chat section is always a favorite, and the Guestbook gets bigger and bigger. I'm always checking the site, because it offers recently updated news, unlike other fan sites that have never been reworked at all. It has value for all. JoeKool Record's website is probably the most visited Ontario-based fan site anywhere. One of Jp's great challenges? Getting to perform on stage. Performing on stage is not a problem--it's trying to get him to! Seriously though, this is one person with talent and has the makings of a producer -- Just like Kaine from Graceless, another producer who is also hard working, a visionary and results-oriented. I'm hoping to be on of the first people to purchase Jp's album, if he ever does decide to do so, because he is very talented (this is not a hypnotic spam attempt......convince.....Jp...to....produce...that....album!--LOL!) Jp is absolutely, without doubt a pizza lover; maybe if I were to place a party-sized pizza on a concert stage, bedded with three gourmet cheeses, topped with high-quality grade-A pepperoni, sprinkled with a zest of fresh garden tomatoes and peppers, all on top of a crust as crispy and tender as a Bruschetta, maybe that could work! Hahahaha--just kidding Jp (Next time, come down to Pizza Hut!) What also is impressive about Jp is his uncanny ability to develop rapport. He's had some brief encounters with recording artists like V.I.P and WIDE MOUTH MASON. Dang, Jp, you're amazing! Another good quality about Jp? He is, without doubt, a very friendly, down to earth person to talk to--very approachable and he treats everyone with great and equal respect. I am very blessed to call him my friend. He is an inspiration to us all. I admire Jp for his passion and creative outlook.
