Events for 2000

Founded in 1827, Cheltenham  is a small, quiet, rural community. Nestled on the banks of the Credit River, the village is close to many points of interest.

If you enjoy hiking, the gentle slope of the Canadian Railway Trail makes an enjoyable walk or bike ride. For more rugged hiking, the Bruce Trail is only a few minutes north of town. Close by to the Bruce are the ‘Cheltenham Badlands’, a unique geological formation of weathered terra cotta hued rock.
