Program Requirement: (2 Computers running this program.)

OS	: Windows 95/98/NT with TCP/IP protocol setup properly
Memory	: 16 MB, 32 MB for better performance
Processor	: As fast as possible, Pentium recommended
Modem	: Faster modem is recommended (i.e. 56K modem or above)
Network Card	: For Intranet or local network chat
Monitor	: Support 16 bit colour (65535 colours)
Mouse	: For drawing board

x Chat is best suited for intranet. It requires a TCP/IP connection with a single port. Static IP address or host name of each computer will let user to connect easily.
