End of a Year

Well the season is over for another year. By now all clubs have had there haul out. The membership list is growing and John and Karen Hanson went out on a recruiting mission around the western portion of the lake. 

I am glad to see that the web site is starting to be useful to our members. Thomas Schraeder and his newly christened "Pippen" were looking for a new hatch cover and John Hanson was able to help. Just a little piece of information, John is probably your best first contact point for any restoration and rigging tips, "Chimo" by far is the HR25 flagship.

For Sale

HR25 #89. It has 3 jibs, Spinnaker, and DRS. The main is the original and although functional would probably have to be replaced. Refinished bottom in the spring and refurbished all the teak. It has new life lines, a VHS radio (new) and depth sounder. He's rewired most of the lights. He also replaced the mast thus the rigging has been overhauled. The interior is in excellent condition - the cushions were recovered a few years ago. The motor is a 9 HP 4 stroke Honda - used two seasons. The boat is in Tobermory. Looking to get $7,000.
