Will of Diannah Tichener This is the last Will and Testament of me Diannah Tichener of sound mind and memory of the Township of Cornwall in the County of Stormont and Province of Ontario made this Twelfth day of January in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and ninety eight. I revoke all former Wills or other Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament. I Direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied by my Executors herein after named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I give, Devise and Bequeath all my Real and Personal Estate of which I may died possessed in the manner following that is to say. 1st I give, Devise and Bequeath to Minnie Alguire Daughter of John Alguire my sewing machine and two quilts and one pair of sheets and two pair of pillow cases. 2nd I give, Devise and Bequeath to Edith Gollingar Daughter of Joseph Gollingar two quilts and one pair of sheets and two pair pillow cases. 3rd. I give, Devise and Bequeath to Anne Gollinger daughter of Joseph Gollingar two quilts and two sheets and two pair pillow cases. 4th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Nellie Gollingar Daughter of Joseph Gollingar two quilts. 5th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Margret Gollingar one half dozen chairs now at Phillip Gollingars and twenty five dollars in cash and two quilts. 6th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Annie Alguire Daughter of Harriet Alguire two quilts and one bed spread. 7th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Harriet Alguire one feather bed and two quilts and one hundred dollars in cash. 8th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Mary Gollingar wife of Joseph Gollingar one chamber set and the carpet on the floor and fifty dollars in cash. 9th I give, Devise and Bequeath to my Brother in Law John Alguire three hundred and seventy five dollars in cash now deposited in the bank. 10th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Joseph Gollingar our hundred dollars in cash. 11th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Phillip Gollingar one buggy and Cutter and one cow now on his place. 12th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Orson Weller and his sister Etta Carnell the sum of ninety five dollars each share and share alike. 13 I give, Devise and Bequeath to Elizabeth Gollingar wife of David Gollingar the sum of fifty dollars in cash. 14th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Ellen Alguire wife of John Alguire the sum of seventy five dollars in cash. 15th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Emma Alguire Daughter of Harriet Alguire twenty five dollars in cash. 16th I give, Devise and Bequeath to Rona (sp?) Alguire Daughter of Harriet Alguire twenty five dollars cash. 17th I give, Devise and Bequeath to David Alguire son of John Alguire fifty dollars in cash. 18th to Delbert Gallingar son of Joseph Gollingar my house and lot situated in the Township of Cornwall in the village of Beaconsfield. All the reside of my estate not hereinbefore disposed of I give devise and bequeath unto Lily Gertrude Gollingar daughter of Joseph Gallingar. And I nominate and appoint David Eamer junior and Ellen Alguire of the Township of Cornwall to be executors of this my last Will and Testament.
