This would be Henry the son of the original Michael. "I Henry Gallinger of the Township of Cornwall in the Eastern District, Yeoman, maketh Oath and saith that he was acquainted with Jacob Waggoner of the Township of Osnabruck in said District, deceased, Yeoman, from his infancy to the day of his death - that the said Jacob Waggoner resided in the British Colonies now the United States of America previous to the 1776 - that he joined the British (illegible word) before the year 1783 and served in the capacity of a servant during the Revolutionary War to Capt Dailey [sic] of the late Royal Regiment of New York for nearly two years and that he came to this Province before the year 1786, where he always resided. Signed this 11th day of November 1833 Henry X Gallinger (his Mark) I really have to brush up on my History some more. I think what Henry is doing here is vouching for Jacob Waggoner as a soldier during the American Revolution so that Jacob's family can make claims for UEL property.
