GRADIENT CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS--NTSC TO PAL

To convert the gradients from NTSC format to PAL,simply follow the following instructions. This is what should be done in Photoshop, but the basic principles apply to any photo manipulation program:

1. Open Photoshop.

2. Open the transition .tga images.

3. On the top menu go to Image and move down to Image Size

4. Deselect the Constrain Proportions checkmark (You only want to change the height, not the width.)

5. In the Height box change the size from 480 to 576 pixels.

6. Save the image as .tga

7. Once you've gone through the above procedure with all the transitions, open up the Flip TGA utility from Matrox and process the files. This is necessary for them to play properly as transitions with the RT2000.
