     The applicant understands that IMI is relying upon applicant's answers, and the answers are made as an inducement to IMI to place the applicant in an employment contract to which they are based on the applicant's answers, qualified to fill. The applicant hereby authorizes all former employers or contractors to release information for the purposes of applicant's potential placement by IMI pertaining to applicant's employment record and/or work/contract performance. The applicant also releases form all liability or damage, those individuals or corporations who provide information relating to prior employment, contracting experience, or character.
      Should I be accepted for placement by IMI, I, the applicant, understand that there are no guarantees for my placement. I also understand that any placement will be for no definite term unless arranged under legitimate, written contract supplied by IMI.
     I hereby further acknowledge that I am expected to abide by all IMI rules and regulations, written or unwritten, promulgated by IMI and its representatives. I am also aware that if I accept a placement, I am also expected to abide by the rule and regulations, written and unwritten, promulgated by IMI's CLIENT, The CLIENT's Supervisor or the CLIENT'S Contractor. I further understand that IMI rules and regulations are such that I may not seek employment or compensation from any of IMI's CLIENTS directly for a period of six months after terminated my relationship with IMI. I understand that other than the aforementioned items, a contract does not exist between myself and IMI or myself and IMI's CLIENTS, nor is the right of myself, IMI or IMI's CLIENTS restricted in the termination of the employment relationship.
     I understand that from time to time, IMI's rules and regulations may be subject to change.
     I understand and agree to the terms, conditions and/or rules and regulations of each offer of placement before accepting and approving said placement. However, from time to time, I may accept placement verbally, and acceptance of said placement shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms, conditions, rules and regulations.
     I understand that use of prohibited substances such as drugs is strictly forbidden.
