ImageDialogApplet2
is an applet-button that when clicked displays a dialog with
an image. The image data can be supplied as BMP, JPG or GIF file.
Dialog is programmed to be resizable by dragging its borders.
When using Windows 98 the dialog becomes occasionally not
resizable. When this happen please open the Java console and
close it again. The dialog becomes resizable. The explanation
knows only Microsoft.
