| Instructions: Type the matrix of the system in left upper pane, one row per line. Type the right hand side vector in right upper pane, one component per line. Terminate every entered line, even the last one by pressing Enter exactly once. The applet determins the size of the problem by counting line feeds in panes! Then click Submit. Left lower pane then contains the matrix inverse to the matrix of the system, right lower pane the solution vector. Applet can be reused as many times as necessary. To clear an input pane click on it and press F2. Numbers may be entered using scientific notation with dot as fraction and letter E or e as exponent separator, must be separated by spaces and must not contain any space themselves. If you are using MSIE 4 you may not like the peformance of the input text areas, where the cursor disappears after each character typed for a noticeable period of time. Navigator 4.5 and Java 2 do not have this problem.
