Basically a carbon-copy of game-one, but reversed... The Pickering Panthers walked into St. Michael's College Arena and handed the Buzzers a 6-3 loss, chasing their starting goaltender to the bench after 40-minutes. The Panthers got 1st period goals from KEVIN ROGERS, MATT GARISTO, and GARRET WINDER (PP Goal). The 2nd period saw the Panthers add 3-more goals, with MIKE CUZZOLINO, GARRET WINDER, and MATT GARISTO (2nd goal of the playoffs) scoring on the powerplay. The Panthers physically dominated the Buzzers, receiving spirited and physical efforts from forward IAN HAYWOOD, and defenceman KEVIN ROGERS. The Panthers also received a physical and diciplined effort from AL MacISSAC. The Panther forward unleashed a huge hit in the 2nd period that helped set the tone for the rest of the game. Goaltending was also key. Starter BOBBY POPOSKI was playing solid, but was forced to leave the game after a collission with a Buzzers player, MIKE ANDREOFF stepped in a showed the form he has all season - making several key saves, including a hilight reel stop on a Buzzers clear-cut breakaway.
