This fine guitar was built with quality and performance in mind. It has a 2-piece alder body, book-matched flamed maple top and quarter-sawn rock maple neck, with 12" radius fingerboard, highly polished jumbo frets, gold hardware and a beautiful tortoise pickguard.

Like its sister guitar, the JXJ, which is also owned by the same California, U.S.A resident, the J3 Elite's neck starts with a soft "V" at the first fret and gradually becomes a large "C" from the 12th fret right on to the heel. This neck profile, coupled with the great tone woods used in building the body, gives the J3 Elite a truly great vibe. There must be something special about "V" profile neck that makes it a favorite of some of the greatest guitar players today.
