The Scorpio represents the perfect example of a carved solid-body electric guitar. Its highly figured South American one-piece mahogany body is beautifully carved both top and back, with great attention to detail. It has a quarter-sawn rock maple neck, with beautifully-figured bocote fingerboard and highly polished jumbo frets, which are ideal for string bending. There is easy access to the uppermost frets, which is a guitar player's dream. When played in a standing position, the Scorpio hugs your body, thereby enhancing the playability of this remarkable instrument.

The Scorpio is fitted with 2 EMG humbuckers, 3-way pickup selector switch, master volume control, master tone control, with push/pull switch for activating both single-coil and humbucker sounds. A truly great instrument with lots of bells and whistles.
