Instructions: Below are 47 events that can affect stress level. Check those that apply to you. For each event that is checked, multiply its value by the number of times it occured to you in the last year. If for exmple you moved residences (question 21) twice, then multiply 42 x2 to get 84. After amking selections and multiplying, all all the subtotals to get a grand total.

Under 347 = Low Level Stress

Over 1435 = High Level Stress (compared to scores of college students)
