Black Forest Cheesecake Delight

1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tbsp Parkay margarine, melted
2~8 oz pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese ,
softened
2/3 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1~6oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/4 tsp almond extract
1~21 oz can cherry pie filling
frozen whipped topping , thawed.

Combine crumbs and margarine , press onto
the bottom of a spring form pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Combine creamed cheese and sugar,
mixing at medium speed with an
electric mixer, until well blended
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well
after each addition.Blend in chocolate
and extract:pour over crust.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan
cool before removing rim from pan.
Chill.
Top cheesecake with pie filling and whipped
topping just before serving.


Serves 10 to 12.
